Capricorn Health and Relaxation
ASK A Capricorn how he is and he’ll tell you. ‘Not too good,’ the Capricorn will gasp. ‘It was touch and go last night.’ Now, before your eyebrows shoot off your skull, that doesn’t mean what it would if an Aries was replying. Instead, it’s a Capricorn being outrageous.
Capricorns love a dash of drama every now and then, and one of the best ways of livening things up is to be ill. Some Capricorns are stoical and suffer in silence, but others can make a melodrama out of two sneezes and a suspicion of a splutter. Trundle round for tea and you’ll find the Capricorn bedridden, behind a battery of balsams and bandages. There’ll be grapes galore, and enough orange juice to float a ship!
Capricorns can cry wolf so many times that even Johnny Morris would get confused. Sometimes they really believe their supposed symptoms, other times they exaggerate them a wee bit, just to get your sympathy, and to have you on. You can watch a Capricorn sipping a stout and shovelling down a steak so swiftly you can scarcely see it, only to hear your chum say ‘I could go at any minute’.Capricorns can cry wolf so many times that even Johnny Morris would get confused. And half the time your pal is much stronger and fitter than you are!
All this means some folk see Capricorns as hypochondriacs, always moaning and groaning. If you have a pal or partner like this, try to see the funny side.
The bits of the body ruled by Saturn are the bones and teeth. Some Capricorns can have awful arthritis and rampant rheumatism, and will have to spend days at the dentist. Capricorn also controls the knees and kneecaps, and when a Capricorn bends down, he or she may sound like an old banger backfiring as their knee joints crack away.
Many Capricorns find it hard to relax. They’re such workaholics that they feel guilty if they spend ten minutes in front of the telly. Ideally, they should allow themselves a few moments every day just to sit still and do nothing. If the thought of that drives them demented, they should pick a pastoral pastime, such as gardening or fishing. They’re not very sporty, though, and won’t get further than the bar at the local rugby club!
Capricorns also enjoy creating things, especially if they have a touch of tradition to them.
